To the editor:

Excellent response to our outreach to the people of North Bay. A debate may have begun.

The major concern of "the gaggle" is not poverty, which can be fixed by getting jobs ie: 25 million jobs versus 40 million people, means 20 million out of work.. math is important.

Also, it's a drug addiction problem, hmm.

Our community has 14 cannabis stores which until recently was a dangerous drug, 9 government-controlled alcohol distribution centers, 4 methadone clinics, and 8 pharmacies that distribute things like synthetic heroin, Percocet, and a long list of mind-altering drugs, all making cash for our government coffers.

I am now wondering how many drug addicts that use our beaches own homes or manage to afford rent.

Now I am afraid. Rich drug addicts taking over our beaches.

The visible poor is the tip of the iceberg.

Also, our housing and food outreach started for one reason. No food for low-income families who eat next to home challenged on weekends.

The gathering place that does fantastic work does not have the budget to feed the poor on weekends. No food for 48 to 72 hours, fix that as a start.

The city is absent for duty, step up Mr.Chirico and the rest of the gang that couldn't see their way to provide food," Wake up" It's not meth heads causing home challenges, where's a real housing initiative. Hmm at committee, I challenge any city councilor to debate, these issues, they can pick venue... bring a donation for the food bank.
