To the editor:

Very pleased and excited for him.

Actually, I feel he and his management team (coaches) deserve even more recognition, especially from the city of North Bay and its hockey fans.

Remember 4 or 5 years ago when the Battalion was embarrassingly rated as the 60th-ranked Jr A team in CANADA..right at the bottom?

Not anymore!

The Dennis team has turned the Battalion team into consistently an OHL top 10 team and a viable Memorial Cup contender.
In doing so they have transformed the Bay into an exciting hockey town again and made it a viable place to consider sending your kid to take advantage of first-class development, treatment, and training personnel.

North Bay, what a job they have done ...the legacy the existing management team has gifted you..a city where families would want their kids to play and develop into solid players and citizens.
