UNLAWFUL FIREARM
On Dec. 30 shortly after 4 PM Cst. Jeff Warner and Greg McClenaghan of the North Bay Police Service attended a residence within the city and seized a firearm from an individual who was prohibited by court from owning
one.
Pierre Mongrain, 41, of Margaret St. is charged with careless storage of a firearm, careless storage of ammunition, possession of a firearm contrary to prohibition order, possession of ammunition contrary to
prohibition order. Mr. Mongrain remains in custody awaiting a bail hearing.
