USE OF STOLEN CREDIT CARD

On the 24th of July Cst. Randy Adair of the North Bay Police Service arrested a female adult in relation to using a stolen credit card on two occasions within the city. The victim had her cards taken from her between the 30th of June and the 15th of July of this year.

Sylvie BARTLETT 38 years old of Worthington St. W. is charged with Theft Under, Unauthorized Use of Credit Card and Possession of Stolen Property. She is to attend court on the 5th of Sept.


DANGEROUS DRIVING

On the 25th of July Cst. Darcy Wall and Steve Taylor of the North Bay Police Service arrested a male in relation to complaints from a female. These incidents are alleged to have occurred on the 25th of July and involve two occasions of assault and one of Dangerous Driving involving a tractor transport and an automobile.

Terry CONSTABLE 34 years old of Princess St. E. is charged with 2 counts of Assault and Dangerous Driving. He was held in custody for a bail hearing.


ROBBERY

On the 25th of July 20 minutes after midnight two boys aged 13 and 14 years old were walking from Banner Av. to Marshall Park Dr. when two older males accosted them. One of these males demanded one of the teen’s hat and then a chain that he was also was wearing. The young people complied out of fear and then were threatened if they did not leave the area immediately.

The description of the two assailants is as follows:

1-male white, 18 to 19 years, 5’6 to 5’7, 125 lbs, medium build, with short black hair and a black goatee. He wore a black ball cap on backwards and a long green t shirt and dark jeans.

2-male white, 18 to 19 years, 5’6 to 5’7, 130 lbs, medium build with short blonde hair and wore a white and red chequered t shirt with dark pants.
