On August 24, West Parry Sound OPP officers and the detachment Crime Unit started an investigation into a sexual assault incident that occurred in Parry Sound.
As a result of the investigation Shane Jacob Green, 25, with no fixed address is charged with:
- Two counts of sexual assault
- Four counts of failing to comply with a probation order
- Failure to comply with a release order
Green remains in custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Parry Sound today.
