A wanted man who shared his own wanted poster on the North Bay Police Service Facebook page has been arrested in Barrie and now sits in the North Bay Jail awaiting a bail hearing.
Police say Dustin Seddon, 29, unlawfully removed his ankle monitor.
At the time police believed Seddon posed a safety risk to members of the public if confronted. "If you see him, call 911, do not approach," said a news release.

On January 21 the North Bay Police Service was alerted to the fact that Seddon's ankle monitor had been broken off while he was before the courts on multiple charges.
Today police say Seddon was located and arrested in Barrie yesterday.
"After an extensive investigation, on February 19 members of the Barrie Police Service’s Tactical Support Unit and the Ontario Provincial Police Service’s Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad and OPP Bail Support Team located and arrested Seddon at a residence in Barrie," says a release. "Seddon was transported back to North Bay in custody by the North Bay Police Service, where he was charged."
He now faces an additional three counts of failure to comply with a release order.
While on the lam he posted on the NBPS site "Let me know if you see this guy, he is a menace," under the name Dustin R. Seddon.
