Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) from the West Nipissing detachment responded to a disturbance at a recreational complex on O'Hara Street, West Nipissing around 7:30 p.m. on March 21.
There were no injuries reported when, an employee was verbally confronted by a member of the public, which the OPP say escalated to an assault on the employee.
As a result of the investigation, Suzanne Moon, 68, from West Nipissing, was arrested and charged with, assault.
The accused was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on May 1, 2025, in North Bay.
