The North Bay U18 AAA Trappers remain unbeaten to start the Great North U18 season as they defeated the Sudbury U18 AAA Nickel Capitals 5-1 on Saturday night and followed up with a convincing 7-1 win on Sunday afternoon.
The Trappers used five different scorers on Saturday night as Jacob Beemer, Caleb Dawson, Heath Bradley, Cayden Kowal and Cain Savage scored while Battalion prospect Mike McIvor was solid in goal for the win. Caden Dubreuil had the lone goal for the Nickel Capitals.
Meantime, on Sunday Caleb Dawson had two goals and singles went to Nate Gravelle, Josh Currie, Beemer, Kowal, and Johnny Couch.

The win improves the U18 AAA Trappers record to 3-0 on the season.
The U18 Trappers are in action next weekend at the Clash in YGK which takes place in Kingston.
