North Bay Selects U14 Boys Win 1st Leg of McGarrigle Cup Tournament

This is the first time a Northern soccer team has made it this far in YRSL play and in the McGarrigle Cup Tournament.

The North Bay Selects U14 Boys soccer team continue to make an impact in the York Regional Soccer League currently in first place and successful in Barrie this past weekend winning  4-1 over Peterborough with a two-goal performance from Raphael Dahoun and singles from Malcolm O’Bright and Nicholas MacIntosh.  

Also this weekend, in the 1st leg of the McGarrigle Cup Tournament Malcolm O’Bright, whose influence grew as the game wore on, scored five goals and Raphael Dahoun the single, gave North Bay a 6-4 win over the Lake Simcoe Soccer Club. 

This is the first time a Northern soccer team has made it this far in YRSL play and in the McGarrigle Cup Tournament.
