The North Bay YMCA has received a $10,000 donation from Rebuilt Resources for the My Y is Resilient campaign.

"This donation will help the YMCA in North Bay stay strong, resilient and able to continue supporting the North Bay community by providing a space for youth to get active, adults to reach their goals and seniors to connect," according to a news release.

“Rebuilt Resources is a long-time supporter of the YMCA Strong Kids Campaign," said Nicole Beattie, Vice President of Philanthropy, at the YMCA of Northeastern Ontario.

“It’s important now more than ever for people to keep a healthy mind and body," said Maureen Brazeau, Executive Director at Rebuilt Resources. "The YMCA does that. It was important to us to make this donation so that people could continue going to the Y.  It is a very important part of our community and especially in the winter months, people need a place where they can relieve stress, exercise and connect.”
