The North Bay Public Library will be hosting an Author Talk featuring Victoria and Dave Bennison, authors of Stick to the Story, on Saturday, May 5 from 1 – 2:30 p.m. in the Children’s Storyroom.
Inspired by her husband’s handcrafted walking staffs and wands, a love of fairy tales, fables, nature and their adventures, Victoria Bennison began to write stories.
These stories have now been collected and published in Stick to the Story.
Join us as Victoria and Dave talk about the book, and the people and places that have inspired them to create unique hand-carved staffs and equally unique stories for each one.
This free event is for ages six and up. Please register in the Children’s department. Books will be available for purchase for cash only.
