On the 30th of Aug. at approximately 5 AM, Csts. Jeff Warner and Helene Boissonneault of the North Bay Police received a call to attend a break and enter in progress at Exodus on Oak St. E.

The officers arrived and saw that an employee of the premises was fighting with someone. Further that while he was fighting with the intruder he was struck by another male youth.

The officers arrested both of the attackers.
Shawn CHERRY 20 years old of Main St. E is charged with Break and Enter and Theft and was kept in custody for a bail hearing.

A 17 year old male youth is charged with Assault and was also kept in custody for a bail hearing.
