Unruly hitchhiker

On the 26th of Aug. during the afternoon hours a man was hitchhiking in the 4000 block of highway 11 North.

It is alleged that this man attended a residence and began arguing with the homeowner and when leaving damaged the owner's vehicle.

Cst. Bill Gainforth of the North Bay Police was called and arrested the man in question. He was kept in custody for a bail hearing.

Lionel Joseph SEGUIN 58 years old of McIntyre St. is charged with mischief and Breach of an Undertaking.
