On the 10th of Sept at approximately 11:30 PM Csts. Richard Hampel and Christian Elia of the North Bay Police were on patrol when they were flagged down by staff of a hotel on Delaware Av.

The officers were told that someone had just gained entry to the 2nd floor of the hotel by smashing a window and damaging a door.

The officers attended the area and began arresting a male when he became violent, resisted and fought with them. After a short period of time he was subdued.

Steven JOSIPOVIC 42 years old of Thornhill is charged with Mischief and Assault With Intent to Resist Arrest. He was kept in custody for a bail hearing.
