There have been a lot of complaints about high snow banks this winter, but one frustrated resident wants to send the message loud and clear to city hall.
This photo was taken Saturday morning on Main West at corner of Main and Harvey. It's an area with heavy and fast traffic, making backing out between snow banks a real challenge.
It reads "PLEASE REMOVE ME". At least two other snowbanks in the area carried the same message. Thanks to the reader who sent it in.
Meanwhile the city roads department is removing snow banks on King St. W. between Cassells and High St. today.
No Through Traffic is allowed but you can access King St. W. either side of the moving snow removal operation.
Work is expected to be wrapped up by 4 p.m.
