Two people were arrested for impaired driving on All-Terrain Vehicles on July 21 shortly before 2 a.m., say North Bay OPP.
Police say a group of ATVs was travelling on Hemlock Road, Nipissing Township when one ATV was involved in an accident. As a result, two separate operators face charges.
Robert Trahan, 62, of North Bay was arrested and charged with:
- Operation while impaired, blood, alcohol concentration (80 plus)
- Driver - no helmet or improper helmet
The other driver, Gregory Follett, 56, of Powassan was arrested and charged with operation while impaired.
