Tires slashed on 22 city vehicles in the area of Lee Park

A source reports that City yards and sewage plant vehicles were vandalized over the weekend with sidewall slashing of tires which cannot be repaired.

"The North Bay Police Service received a report on October 13, that multiple vehicles in the area of Lee Park had their tires slashed," confirms police spokesman David Wooley. 

City spokesman Gord Young told BayToday that on Sunday, 22 City vehicles at the Lee Park facility were vandalized, with their tires damaged.

"The North Bay Police Service has been notified, and the City is working with its insurance adjuster."
