On the 28th of Aug shortly before 11 PM. Cst. Aaron Northrup of the North Bay Police attended a call concerning a man within an apartment building banging on doors.
The officer attended and arrested an intoxicated person.
While in police custody, this man then allegedly threatened the officer with death.
Jeff SMART 44 years old of King St. is charged with Public Intoxication and Uttering Threats. He was kept in custody for a bail hearing.
