shot in the leg with air gun

On the 31st of Aug. shortly after noon it is alleged that two youths were walking passed another male youth who was waiting for a bus on Oak St. It is further alleged that this last male was shot in the leg with an air pistol.
Csts. Fernando Cirullo and Chris Johnson of the North Bay Police were called and attended. Cst. Kyle Hughes also of this Service attended the general area and located the two youths in question and arrested them.

A replica hand gun was seized at the time.
A 17 year old male youth has been charged with Assault With a Weapon and Weapons Dangerous and is to attend court on the 10th of Oct.

Robert VANDUZEN 19 years old of Main St. E. is also charged with Weapons Dangerous, and Carry Concealed Weapon. He is to attend court on the 16th of Oct.
