On the 8th of May during the evening hours a small group of young people were in the area of Lorne St. when a 17-year-old male from the group groped a 13-year-old girl from the same group on two occasions. This was later reported to Police and on the 24th of May Cst. Gerry Martin and Det. Cst. Melodee Prevost of the North Bay Police Service attended a residence on Sherbrooke St. and arrested the 17-year-old male in relation to these incidents. He is to attend court on the 5th of July and is charged with Sexual Assault.
