The Gathering Place will be participating in the North Bay Mall’s Annual Charity Bazaar on Saturday, November 18 from 9:30 a.m. until 6 p.m.

Volunteers will be busy preparing authentic East Indian vegetarian Samosas for the sale. These savoury pastries filled with spiced potatoes and peas make great appetizers and are perfect for serving during the holiday season. They can be frozen prior to use.

The Gathering Place accepts debit, Visa and Master Card donations. Regular office hours are from 8:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday.

Located at 392 Algonquin Ave., The Gathering Place serves a hot, nutritious meal from Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.
