It is believed that Mr. Hinett left his residence on foot on the morning of April 25th, 2006. He is described as being 5'5" tall, 150 lbs, with bushy brown hair and hazel eyes. He walks with a limp on his right side and typically wears brown pants, white runners and a baseball cap. He enjoys smoking Export A. Dale enjoys hitchhiking and may have hitched a ride out of North Bay on the morning in question.
