Once again, this holiday season, you're invited will take part in Mattawa's Free Community Christmas Dinner, held on December 25.
This gathering is intended to give those who are alone, shut-in, financially challenged, and for many other reasons, a time, and a place to gather with others and experience the Christmas dinner traditions with all the trimmings.
“As we know, the past couple of years have created significant struggles and challenges for many in the community due to the high costs of living” said Realtor, James O’Hare, adding “It was for this reason that myself and family, with the support of Royal LePage Northern Life Realty Inc., Brokerage are giving back to the community with this meal for the fourth year in a row”.
Together with a team of dedicated community volunteers, they are offering this Christmas meal at no charge to all who wish to partake in this Christmas feast.
