A new restaurant will be opening on First Avenue West in downtown North Bay.
La Casa de Maria is a new restaurant located in the former Raven and Republic building.
New signage is already in place and the owners have already posted on social media.
"La Casa de Maria Latino American and fusion cuisine coming soon North Bay," the owners posted on social media earlier this week.

Back in April, the Raven & Republic located on First Avenue West in North Bay locked its doors and posted a letter to patrons on its website.
The Raven & Republic had been serving North Bay since 2012 in the former 100 Georges location.
The 100 Georges owner closed the doors in January of 2012 before new owners opened the restaurant and bar under the Raven & Republic name later that same year.
