Moose Draw Application Deadline Fast Approaching

The Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR) wishes to advise the public that the moose draw application drop-off deadline at ServiceOntario (located at 447 McKeown Ave) is 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 31, 2006. Moose licences can be purchased at this same location.

The deadline by which a telephone application must be made is 11:55 p.m. (EDT) on Wednesday May, 31, 2006.

For hunters wishing to apply for their moose licence and enter into the moose draw by telephone can do so by calling 1-800-288-1155. A valid Visa or Mastercard is required when applying by telephone.

Hunters must ensure that they apply by one method only. Applicants will be disqualified if more than one application is entered in their name.

Anyone failing to apply by the May 31st deadline will not be eligible for the draw.

Results of the moose draw will become available August 1, 2006. Please call 1-800-288-1155 on and after this date to find out if you or your group was successful.
