Winter wasn't kind to Lakeshore Drive.
Potholes dot the city's busiest street and now motorists have recognized it as one of the worst in CAA's northern region.
Lakeshore sits tied for ninth, with Algonquin Boulevard West in Timmins. But Sudbury has eight roads listed in the top 10.
The top worst road in Ontario is Eglinton Avenue East in Toronto.
CAA’s annual campaign also revealed that the worst road for the Northern Ontario region is Regent Street in Sudbury.

CAA reveals its annual Worst Roads campaign every spring. "The campaign provides a platform for Ontarians to make roads safer by helping municipal and provincial governments understand that roadway improvements are a priority for citizens, and to make the appropriate changes where they need to be made," says a CAA release.
