A beautiful Sunday at the waterfront. High noon, no clouds, good music, no audience. The CORE Homeless Association was situated across from the Carousel and busy entertaining those few people who passed by.

A beautiful Sunday at the waterfront. High noon, no clouds, good music, no audience. The CORE Homeless Association was situated across from the Carousel and busy entertaining those few people who passed by. I was told that the event was not advertised, which might explain the lack of support that the organization received.

Expectations were that people would show up later but by 1:PM, the place was still barren.
