There is no curbside pick-up of natural Christmas trees by the City of North Bay but there is a spot for Christmas tree disposal.
Drop-off is now available at the Public Works yard, located at 1399 Franklin St.
All ornaments, tinsel, and lights must be removed from the tree before bringing it to the drop-off location. If you can get your tree there, there is no charge for disposal.
The bins will be available until Jan. 11, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
The City will stockpile the discarded trees and grind them down in the spring to be used as mulch.
