Charges withdrawn in sexual assault case

The sexual assault charge against owner of The Bull and Quench Pub and Restaurant Richard Dull were withdrawn in a North Bay court Wednesday.

Reports indicate that Sudbury Crown attorney Len Walker withdrew the charges, which were originally filed in 2006, sighting that the waitress had too many versions of the events in question.
