On the 27th of Aug. shortly after midnight Csts. Daniel Shepstone and Chris Marshall of the North Bay Police received a call to attend a break and enter in progress on Carruthers St.

The officers arrived to find a man standing on a deck attempting to open a door.

He was arrested without incident.

Tiza MUTSUWAIRO 30 years old of No Fixed Address is charged with Trespass By Night and Breach of Probation. He was kept in custody for a bail hearing.
