Board announces closure of Laurentian Public School

The Near North District School Board regrets to announce that Laurentian Public School is closed and will not reopen on Thursday, December 20, 2007 or Friday, December 21, 2007 due to water main problems in the school.

Information will also be posted on the Near North District School Board website to confirm with parents the re-opening of the school.

At this time, we do hope that the problems will have been corrected and anticipate that the school will be open on Monday January 7, 2008.
