The North Bay Regional Health Centre's COVID-19 Assessment Centre Outreach Team continues to test residents and staff at area long term care homes in the region.

On Tuesday, the hospital reports the team did swabs of residents and staff members at Nipissing Manor.

On Friday the outreach team started at Casselholme by performing swabs on all 328 staff and 222 patients at the local facility.

On Monday, the first COVID-19 long term care home case was announced at Casselholme.  That turned out to be a false positive.
