ASSAULT POLICE On the 2nd of March 2004, shortly after 6 p.m. a vehicle struck another vehicle on Algonquin Ave., Both vehicles received heavy damage.

On the 2nd of March 2004, shortly after 6 p.m. a vehicle struck another vehicle on Algonquin Ave., Both vehicles received heavy damage. The driver fled in the vehicle and was located by the victim on Cassells street and again fled, this time almost striking a police cruiser that was in the area. The male driver was later found walking away from his vehicle and assaulted one officer upon arrest. He was in possession of a small quantity of drugs at the time.
Jason Clouthier, age 25, of Rutherglen, ON is charged with Fail to Remain, Assault Police, Dangerous Driving and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

MADRID FRAUD SCAM

The North Bay Police Service has received a couple of complaints regarding mail received from Madrid Spain informing the recipients that they had won $615,810.00 from the “Loteria Primitiva” A form is attached requesting detailed personal information including bank account information.
A reminder that if it appears to good to be true it must not be.
