SEXUAL ASSAULT On June 14 Det. Cst. Barry Ramsay of the North Bay Police Service arrested a male person in relation to a sexual assault investigation. The allegation is that the incidents took place between 1993 and 2004 in North Bay and Toronto.

On June 14 Det. Cst. Barry Ramsay of the North Bay Police Service arrested a male person in relation to a sexual assault investigation.

The allegation is that the incidents took place between 1993 and 2004 in North Bay and Toronto.

It is also alleged that the victim was a young male.

Sean Patrick LEBLOND, 38,of Highway 11 North in North Bay is charged with Sexual Assault, Sexual Interference and Sexual Exploitation.

The investigation is ongoing and investigators are asking any victim of a similar crime to contact them at 497-5555.

DANGEROUS DRIVER
On June 15 shortly before 8 p.m. the North Bay Police Service received numerous calls in regards to a cube van driving erratically in the Gertrude and Lee Avenue area of the city. When Cst. Scott McFarlane and Cst. Penny Kerr arrived there was various items scattered around the streets where the van had been driven.

The van was located near Judge Avenue and the driver was arrested.

William Luke JARVIS, 20,of Highway 17 E. is charged with Dangerous Driving and Fail to Remain. He was kept in custody awaiting a bail hearing.
