SEXUAL ASSAULT
On June 3, while at a party within a residence in North Bay, a male person sexually assaulted a female. On June 8 Cst. Aaron Northrup of the North Bay Police Service effected an arrest in relation to this assault.

Jeff HEWITT, 24, of no fixed address, is charged with sexual assault and assault. He remains in custody awaiting a bail hearing.

MAN HELD RE HARASSMENT
On June 8 during the early evening hours a man who had previously been on conditions not to harass a woman, breached these orders.
The man was arrested a short time later in another part of town.

John R. FLEMING, 40, of Lakeheights Road, is charged with criminal harassment, fail to comply with recognizance and breach of probation. He remains in custody awaiting a bail hearing.

BREAK AND ENTER
On June8 at approximately 11:30 AM thieves entered a dwelling in the 800 block of Tower Drive At this time there was a resident in the home. They stole two skateboards.
