MAN WITH LOADED GUN,/b> On Aug. 30 at approximately 10 PM constables Steve Trahan and Jeff Warner of the North Bay Police Service saw suspicious behaviour behind a North Bay bar. The officers went to investigate and arrested two men.

On Aug. 30 at approximately 10 PM constables Steve Trahan and Jeff Warner of the North Bay Police Service saw suspicious behaviour behind a North Bay bar. The officers went to investigate and arrested two men. One was found to have a fully loaded .45-calibre handgun on his person as well as another fully loaded clip for the weapon.

Kelvin KING, 41, of First Avenue E is charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, carrying a concealed weapon, tampering with a serial number; unauthorized possession of a firearm; possession of a firearm while prohibited to do so; possession of a restricted firearm with ammunition; possession of a weapon obtained by the commission of an offence; possession of a controlled substance; possession of a prohibited weapon (rings);and three counts of breach of probation.

Michael Goulais, 35, of Paul Street, in Garden Village, is charged with possession of ammunition while prohibited from doing so; two counts of possession of a controlled substance; and breach of probation.

Both men remain in custody awaiting a bail hearing.
