ROBBERY
On Oct. 18 at approximately 12:30 AM constables Bill Gainforth and Dave Wilson of the North Bay Police Service received a call to attend the downtown area regarding a robbery.
The officers attended and their investigation concluded that allegedly a man was pulled into an alley and then assaulted and further that his money was taken.
James Joseph PAUL, 23, Temagami, is charged with robbery, breach of probation and obstructing police. He remains in custody for a bail hearing.
THEFT OF NARCOTICS
On Oct. 17 a complainant reported to officers of the North Bay Police Service that someone had entered her residence in the 500 block of Front Street and stolen Duragesic prescription narcotics on Oct. 4.
This narcotic is in the form of patches.
