Threatening On Nov. 7 shortly after 8:30 a.m. constables Ross Lingley and Jason Long of the North Bay Police Service arrested a male in relation to an unlawful entry into a residence on Nov. 6.

On Nov. 7 shortly after 8:30 a.m. constables Ross Lingley and Jason Long of the North Bay Police Service arrested a male in relation to an unlawful entry into a residence on Nov. 6.

The entry had occurred during the evening hours into a North Bay home.

This individual was also charged with other offences in relation to the same victim.

Joey Devoe, 19, of Lakeshore Drive, is charged with two counts of threatening and unlawfully being in a dwelling house. He was kept in custody for a bail hearing.

Break and Enter
Between Nov. 5 at 6 p.m. and Nov. 7 at 7 a.m. thieves broke into condo units now under construction in the 3400 block of Trout Lake Road.

Once inside they damaged walls and plumbing, and threw hand tools in the lake. They also stole a Dura set of drywall stilt, described as having a gold-coloured bottom and blue leg straps.
