ASSAULT WITH NOXIOUS SPRAY On Oct. 31 shortly after 9 PM three male youths were attacked by another group of youths in a parking lot near Jane Street and Murray Street. in North Bay.
ASSAULT WITH NOXIOUS SPRAY
On Oct. 31 shortly after 9 PM three male youths were attacked by
another group of youths in a parking lot near Jane Street and Murray Street. in
North Bay.

The three victims were knocked to the ground and then they were sprayed with a noxious substance.

The investigation is ongoing. No long-term injuries were incurred.

BREAK AND ENTER
Between Oct. 27-31, vandals kicked in the front door to a home under construction on Delandrea Drive in North Bay. Once inside they broke a
mirror and damaged carpeting.

FAIL TO REMAIN
On Oct. 31 at approximately 9:30 PM, four youths were walking on
Chapais Street. At this time it is alleged that a vehicle with several other
youths drove by them with the passengers yelling. This vehicle then allegedly turned around and returned towards the walking group. Most of the youths were able to get out of the way, however one of them was struck on the foot, causing the youth to jump up on the hood of the vehicle.

This vehicle then drove away down Aberdeen Avenue.

It is described as being a small four-door older model sedan, dark blue in colour.

The driver was a white female, 17 to 18 years old, medium build, with long
wavy blond hair. There may have been a male in the back seat. He is described as white, 17, skinny build, dark curly hair and wearing a baseball hat.

The other occupants are believed to be young females, 14 to 17.

The victim was transported to the hospital by ambulance and was later
released with superficial injuries.
