CRIMINAL HARASSMENT On the evening May 17 during the storm, a 40-year-old man attended the area of Copeland Street and parked his vehicle. During power failures neighbours saw that he was sneaking around a woman’s home and looking in windows.

CRIMINAL HARASSMENT


On the evening May 17 during the storm, a 40-year-old man attended the area of Copeland Street and parked his vehicle. During power failures neighbours saw that he was sneaking around a woman’s home and looking in windows. The North Bay Police Service was called and attended. The man fled without his vehicle and the officers commenced surveillance on it.

Some time later the officers effected an arrest without incident.

John Ross FLEMING 40 years old of Fifth Avenue W is charged with Criminal Harassment and Breach of Probation. He remains in custody awaiting a bail hearing.
