MAN BEAT UP On June 25 a man became angry with another man known to him. He then allegedly commenced to assault him by punching and kicking him. When the victim fell to the floor he continued kicking him. This occurred within the city of North Bay.

On June 25 a man became angry with another man known to him. He then allegedly commenced to assault him by punching and kicking him. When the victim fell to the floor he continued kicking him. This occurred within the city of North Bay.

On June 27 this same aggressor allegedly called another residence within the city and threatened this same man.

This last same day constables Walter Neely and Scott McFarlane of the North Bay Police Service arrested a man in relation to these incidents.

Reginald VANDETTE, 35, of Main Street E, is charged with assault causing bodily harm, threatening and two counts of uttering threats. He remains in custody for a bail hearing.
