SEXUAL ASSAULT
On July 4 at approximately 9 PM it is alleged that a man approached a group of younger people and asked a 13-year-old girl for a sexual favour. The man allegedly continued to make rude comments to her and also grabbed her private areas. Police were notified and Det. Cst. Rodney Cox of the Youth Section of the North Bay Police Service arrested a male in relation to this incident on the 6th of July.
Richard STEAD 18 years old of Princess St. E. is charged with sexual assault, sexual interference and invitation to sexual touching. He is to appear in court Aug. 30.
