Almaguin Highlands OPP are investigating a fatal accident on Rain Lake Road in Kearney involving a side-by-side utility terrain vehicle (UTV).
On October 4 at 4 p.m., the Almaguin Highlands OPP were called to a serious rollover accident.
Both driver and passenger were ejected from the UTV and were taken to hospital by ambulance. The driver was pronounced deceased at the hospital, and the passenger suffered serious life-altering injuries.
Rain Lake Road was closed for approximately seven hours. Further information will be released as it becomes available.
