The North Bay Police Service’s Emergency Response Team (ERT) will be conducting training on Thursday, October 24 in the area of Bomarc Road and Highway 11.

The North Bay Police Service is alerting the public to an increased police presence on Thursday, October 24, 2024, in the area of Bomarc Road and Highway 11 due to training exercises being conducted by the North Bay Police Service’s Emergency Response Team. Members of the public should not be alarmed if they see officers in tactical gear in the area. Drones operated by members of the North Bay Police Service will also be used in the exercise.

The training exercise will take place throughout the day of Thursday, October 24.

The training will not result in the closure of any roads in the area.
