The North Bay Ontario Provincial Police is seeking assistance in locating 45 year-old Norman.
The OPP did not release his full name.
The man is described as 5'9", 240 pounds. He is balding and has an unshaven beard and has brown eyes.
He was wearing a long sleeve green shirt and dark 3/4 pants.
He was last seen in Mattawa on September 15, 2024.
