ARRESTED RE. BREAK & ENTER On Oct. 14 constables Henri O'Neil and Daniel Shepstone of the North Bay Police Service arrested a male in relation to a break and enter that had previously occurred between Sept. 24 and 26.

On Oct. 14 constables Henri O'Neil and Daniel Shepstone of the North Bay Police Service arrested a male in relation to a break and enter that had previously occurred between Sept. 24 and 26.

This entry was into ahome in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.

Edward Marc GIBSON, 24, of Wyld Street, is charged with break and enter and theft, possession of stolen property, fraud under $5000, and breach of probation. He is to attend court on Nov. 22.

WOMAN WITH KNIFE
On Oct. 15 constables Jason Long and Bill McMullen of the North Bay Police Service received a call to attend a home within the city, regarding a woman with a knife.

It is alleged that a woman assaulted a male known to her and further that she attempted to attack him with a knife.

The officers arrived and arrested an 18-year-old woman.

Tanya COOKE, of Moffat Street, is charged with assault, assault with a weapon, and possession of a eeapon for a dangerous purpose. She remains in custody for a bail hearing.

MISLEADING POLICE
On the 16th of Oct. Cst. Helene Boissonneault and Walter Neeley of the North Bay Police Service arrested a male in relation to a false police complaint.

It is alleged that this male informed police that a woman known to him had stolen his bankcard and along with his pin number had removed money from the man's account.

It is further alleged that the man also relayed to police
that this same woman had taken his motor vehicle without his permission. The officers investigated these incidents and found that they were false.

Donald COX, 42, of Fourth Avenue W, is charged with public mischief and is to appear in court Nov. 27.

STRUCK WITH SKATEBOARD
On Oct. 15 Cst. Jeff Warner of the North Bay Police Service
arrested a 13-year-old boy for allegedly striking another youth with a skateboard. The victim suffered injuries to his head causing him to receive a laceration and requiring medical attention.

The male youth is charged with assault with a weapon and breach of probation. He was kept in custody for a bail hearing.

FAILED TO REPORT TO JAIL
On Oct. 15 Cst. Barry McIntosh of the North Bay Police Service arrested a male in relation to his not attending district jail as he should have done.

It is alleged that this male was to attend the district jail for an intermittent sentence but failed to do so.

Christopher LEE, 31, of McIntyre Street E, is charged with being unlawfully at large and breach of probation. He was kept in custody.

CHILD CALLS 911
On Oct. 14 during the early evening hours a young child called 911 from a neighbour's residence, requesting police.

Constables Melanie Prevost and Henri O'Neil of the North Bay Police Service attended a residence and attempted to make contact with the occupants.

After some period of time a man came to the door and the officers arrested him.

It is alleged that the man had thrown a beer bottle at one of his children.

He was charged with assault with a weapon and breach of probation. He was kept in custody for a bail hearing.

UNRULY CUSTOMER
On Oct. 15 it is alleged that a man attended a downtown restaurant and began to swear at patrons and staff. He then allegedly locked himself into the washroom and police were called.

Constables Mike Hunter and Walter Neeley of the North Bay Police Service attended and breached the door to gain access to the man. He was arrested and brought to the police station. While the officers were booking him it is further alleged that he spit on them.

James PENASSE, 46, of McIntyre Street E, is charged with causing a disturbance, assaulting police and breach of probation. He was kept in custody for a bail hearing.

ASSAULT WITH KNIFE
On Oct. 16 at approximately 2 AM it is alleged that as an eviction was taking place at the Zoo nightclub, the male began fighting with staff and produced a knife.

The altercation continued and this man stabbed one of
the male staff in the face.

Cst. Barry McIntosh of the North Bay Police Service is seeking a suspect described as male black or Hispanic, 20 to 25 years old, 5'10, 170 lbs. a brush cut, with a pinstripe goatee and wore a beige plaid coat, and baggy
jeans.

BREAK AND ENTER
During Oct. 13 thieves broke into an apartment in the 300 block of Regina Street, and stole a Play Station 2 game system and approximately 25 games and four
or five DVD movies.
