The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) say a 52-year-old Kirkland Lake man has died in a motor vehicle collision involving a transport and an SUV.
The OPP is investigating the fatal collision which took place on Highway 11, Merrick Township, near Tilden Lake Road.
The OPP say the accident occurred at 4:20 p.m. on Wednesday.

The OPP say the highway was closed for approximately seven hours.
"The investigation is ongoing with the assistance of the OPP Traffic Incident Management Enforcement (TIME) unit," an OPP release stated.
The OPP say further information will be released as it becomes available.
