STOLEN VEHICLE On Sept. 8 at approximately 3:30 AM a man stole a GM diesel extended cab vehicle from a driveway in the 300 block of Mulligan Street. At this time the owner heard a noise and saw the vehicle being driven away towards a dead end street.

On Sept. 8 at approximately 3:30 AM a man stole a GM diesel
extended cab vehicle from a driveway in the 300 block of Mulligan Street.

At this time the owner heard a noise and saw the vehicle being driven away towards a dead end street. He chased after it and caught the driver at the end of this street.

The man then exited the vehicle and fled the area on foot.
He is described as male white, 5'8, 22, medium build with light brown short hair and wore knee length beige or khaki shorts and a white t-shirt.
