MAN DOESN'T GET IT
On Nov. 3 at approximately 9:45 PM, constables Helen Boissonneault and
Walter Neeley of the North Bay Police Service attended a pay phone location
in the 100 block of Ferguson Street.

This was as a result of a 911 call the police service received, threatening gunplay at a nearby location.

The officers culminated their investigation and arrested one male in
relation to it.

The man was charged with conveying a false message and for possession of
suspected marijuana. He was then released to appear in court at a later
date.

Later that same night shortly after 2 AM on Nov. 4 a caller again
called 911 and hung up.

At approximately 2:20 AM those same two officers were parked near the area
of Main Street and Fisher Street and observed a man in a phone booth make a 911 hang-up call.

The man was the same as in the first instance.

Donald WISCHEE, 35, of Bunting Drive, is charged with a total of three
counts of conveying a false message and possession of suspected marijuana.

He remains in custody for a bail hearing.
