MAN EXPOSES HIMSELF
On May 13 at 5 PM a 14-year-old female walking near the Delaware Avenue-McLeod Street area was approached by a male on a bicycle. This male then lifted his shorts and spoke to her. She ran to a nearby relative’s home.

This might be related to a second recent similar complaint, that occurred near the former Dr. Carruthers school on McPhail Street.

The man’s description is: male white, 25-30 years old, slim, no facial hair and short dark hair. He wore sunglasses, blue shorts and possibly a red t-shirt, and running shoes.
